Telehealth Therapy & Equine Assisted Psychotherapy (EAP)
When Life Feels Uncertain
Maybe life doesn't look the way you thought it would.
You may be grieving someone or something important to you. You may be overwhelmed by anxiety, questioning your direction, navigating a major transition, or realizing that a version of yourself—or your life—that once fit doesn't anymore.
Sometimes there is a clear reason you are struggling. Other times, life looks fine from the outside, but internally you feel stuck, disconnected, restless, or unsure of what comes next.
I work with college students, young adults, and adults navigating grief and loss, anxiety and panic, life transitions, identity shifts, relationships, self-confidence, and questions of meaning and purpose.
Finding Your Way Forward
Therapy doesn't have to be only about what is wrong.
It can also be a place to understand where you've been, make sense of where you are now, and explore who you want to become.
Together, we'll slow things down enough to understand what you're experiencing, notice patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and reconnect with the parts of yourself that can be difficult to hear in the middle of everyday life.
The goal isn't to become a different person. It's to understand yourself more deeply and move forward with greater clarity, confidence, connection, and purpose.
I am accepting new clients. I look forward to connecting!

Areas I Specialize In
Anxiety & Feeling Overwhelmed
Anxiety can look like racing thoughts and panic, but it can also look like overthinking, perfectionism, indecision, self-doubt, or constantly wondering whether you're making the right choices. I especially enjoy working with college students and young adults who feel overwhelmed by relationships, school, careers, expectations, and uncertainty about the future.
Grief & Loss
Grief can follow the death of someone we love, but loss takes many forms. Relationships end. Families change. Careers shift. Dreams don't unfold the way we expected. Sometimes we even grieve an earlier version of ourselves or the life we thought we would have. Therapy offers a place to make room for loss while learning how to carry it forward.
Life Transitions, Identity & Purpose
College. Graduation. Career changes. Relationships. Marriage. Parenthood. Divorce. Loss. Midlife. Sometimes a new season brings questions you didn't expect: Who am I now? What actually matters to me? Is this the life I want? Therapy can provide space to explore identity, values, meaning, and what you want the next season of your life to become.
College Students & Young Adults
The years during and after college can hold enormous change. You may be trying to figure out relationships, career, independence, family expectations, identity, and what kind of life you actually want—all at once. I provide a grounded space to process what you're experiencing and find your own direction.
Therapy That Meets You Where You Are
My approach is warm, person-centered, and collaborative. Depending on your needs and goals, our work may incorporate mindfulness, CBT, EFT, EMDR techniques, nervous-system regulation, and experiential approaches.
I offer online therapy for clients throughout Colorado as well as equine-assisted psychotherapy at my private farm in Longmont.
You don't have to arrive knowing exactly what you need to work on. Sometimes knowing that something needs to change is enough of a place to begin.
Ready to Begin?
If you're looking for a therapist who will give you space to think deeply, process honestly, and better understand yourself and where you're going, I'd love to connect.
